Iron Foundry Operator -Herman 12' level utility Skill 2 SH 1 

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI 

Competitive Compensation: $26.55 per hour 

Shift: 1st Shift: 4:48AM-12:48PM plus overtime

We are looking for a Herman 12' Operator to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

  • Follow all safety procedures LO/TO, Confined space training, Hazardous waste training  

  • PIV, Bobcat training as well as all check list, battery change out fill fuel cans. 

  • Clean all sand from floor around all belts and Hydraulic units. 

  • Haul waste sand to appropriate sand hopper 

  • Maintain and fill pattern spray tank as required 

  • Maintain sand levels in machine by adding sand as required  

  • Perform daily OPM check list turn in the sheet when completed. 

  • Learn all jobs so that you may relive other operators for breaks 

  • Operate hoist and Crane as well as fill out safety check list. 

  • Attend daily tier 1 meetings

Skills/Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. 

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 

  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
