Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Yardi/CRM experience is required.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
Must be able to work on Saturday with an alternative day off during the week, once per month.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Work Days: Monday – Friday, one Saturday per month
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday hours vary
