About the Opportunity 

The Spartanics Operator uses the Spartanics Punch Machine to punch tooling holes.

What You'll Do: 

  • Reviews SOPs, work instructions and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match; scans job into PROCIM 
  • Operates Spartanics Punch Machine including starting and stopping  
  • Reviews Process Analysis Log and signs off before starting shift; verifies registration by punching holes in Mylar film with locator pads; ensures that pad is fully punched out and centered for a new part number; adjusts centering if necessary 
  • Punches several holes in First Article panel for each material type and uses microscope to inspect the punched holes for defects; once completed, performs punching process for remaining jobs  
  • Signs off on the Traveler, logs out in ProCIM and moves finished parts to the next scheduled process 
  • Perform other duties as required  

 What You'll Bring: 

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently  
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job 
  • Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated 
  • Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions 
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality 
  • Must be able to work overtime as required 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) 
  • 1-2 years of related experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing (Preferred)  

Schedule: 

  • 2nd shift (4:00 pm-12:30 pm) 
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Overtime and Weekends as required

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site Only

California Pay Range$17—$18 USD

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
