We are seeking an Assembler/Warehouse Packer to join our HPAG manufacturing team in our small pack area!

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing & Sealing: Selecting appropriate containers, padding materials (bubble wrap), and securely sealing packages to prevent damage during transit.
  • Order Accuracy: Verifying items against order lists (Bill of Materials) to ensure correct items and quantities are packed.
  • Labeling & Documentation: Applying shipping labels, tracking barcodes, and required shipping documents, such as "fragile" stickers.
  • Inventory Control: Updating inventory records, often via handheld scanners, to reflect packed or shipped items.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting items for damage before packing and ensuring the final package is secure.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping workstations clean, organized, and adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail: Critical for ensuring accuracy in high-volume environments.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and engage in repetitive tasks (walking, bending, reaching).
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with inventory management software, scanners, and, occasionally, automated packaging equipment.
  • Efficiency: Ability to meet daily quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Summary of Experience and Education:

  • Must be 18 or over.
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing environment
  • Previous packing is a plus

Schedule: 

  • Full-Time
  • 8-hour shift
  • M-F - 7:00a - 3:30p 

Pay Range: $18/hr 

Work Location: In-Person in our Chandler, AZ facility
