As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organized Mover/Cleaner Technician to join our team.

The Mover/Cleaner Technician you will be responsible for property cleaning (home and/or commercial properties), microbial remediation, content pack outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage and handling to include inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Document, inventory, handle, and pack household and/or commercial items ranging from small to large and bulky items as well as fragile items with great attention to detail to ensure the safety and protection of the items. 
• Enter inventory into database to ensure completeness and accountability of items.
• Loading trucks/trailers with needed daily supplies
• Lifting and moving contents into trailers and storage facilities
• Customer service, customer service, customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a reliable vehicle
• Be customer focused while addressing the company’s commitments
• Ability to speak with customers confidently and accurately
• Ability to watch for safety issues and enforce company policy
• Good communicator, problem-solver and critical thinker
• Adhere to safety protocols, procedures and awareness of possible safety issues while enforcing company policies
• Requires walking, standing, stooping, bending, packing boxes and moving furniture among other physical demands
• Travel to each job location requires the safe operation of a company vehicle with trailer hooked up
• Willing to go out on calls outside of regular business hours
• Bilingual is a plus 
• Will include working inside buildings with construction in progress.
• Will include working outside of buildings in sometimes extreme weather and extreme heat.
• Will include using a variety of construction tools/equipment.
• Will include lifting and moving large awkward items that weighing more than 45 pounds.
