What You’ll Do

Dispatch technicians efficiently to customer locations
Communicate job details between technicians and customers
Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with vendors
Debrief technicians after jobs and update data in company software
Handle administrative and reporting tasks as required
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent
7am-4pm; Monday-Friday, On-Call required
1–2 years of dispatching or similar experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in an office-based role using company software and computers
Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must pass background check and drug screening

Our designed method of testing the electrical distribution system provides the highest amount of protection while greatly reducing the chances of future costly repairs. Our programs keep client’s properties looking great, functioning properly, and most importantly, safe. These programs allows us to be the client's “eyes and ears” and aware of current issues at properties and informed of their urgency and/or importance.
