As an intern, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to how a global company manages its financial operations—while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, systems, and processes across the business. You’ll collaborate with teams across Finance and the broader organization, rotate through Shared Services functions, and build critical skills that translate directly to future full‑time roles.

This role is ideal for motivated students who are curious about finance operations, enjoy problem‑solving, and want to see how finance supports business decisions at scale. Successful interns bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

  • Support Finance Transformation Projects: Contribute to initiatives focused on automation, system implementations or integrations, and process improvements.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with internal partners such as IT, Tax, Warehousing, Corporate Accounting, and Operations; may also interact with external customers or vendors.
  • Process Documentation & Controls: Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), SOX control documentation and execution, project requirements, and other financial documentation as needed.
  • Shared Services Exposure: Gain hands‑on experience across multiple Shared Services teams, building a well‑rounded understanding of corporate finance operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Currently enrolled as an incoming sophomore, junior, senior, or master’s‑level student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior work experience preferred (experience in any field welcome).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Analysis for Excel, Power Automate, or Power BI is a plus. Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn new systems and processes
