Job Description

Cabinet Manufacturing & Finishing Technician   Position Summary: The Cabinet Manufacturing & Finishing Technician is responsible for producing, modifying, and finishing cabinet components in both small- and large-batch production environments. This role involves operating CNC machinery as well as large-scale commercial painting equipment and spray booths, while following established work instructions and quality standards.   Primary Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machinery to produce parts in accordance with specifications and work instructions.
  • Operate painting equipment, including proper surface preparation, application, and cleanup.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC and painting equipment.
  • Ensure all manufactured and finished products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safely operate all assigned equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  Required Education & Skills:
  • Previous experience in cabinet construction and/or finishing preferred.
  • Experience operating CNC machinery preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
