Next-generation solutions for the U.S. Armed Forces Job Summary: The Facilities General Labor role is responsible for ensuring that assigned building(s) are clean, safe, functional, and secure, in compliance with applicable codes and established district policies and standards. Custodial staff are expected to maintain all assigned areas in a state of operational excellence, minimizing disruptions, distractions, or obstacles to office personnel and production employees.   Essential Functions:
  • Perform daily custodial duties in assigned building areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Clean, sanitize, and preserve designated spaces, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Restock custodial and maintenance supplies; monitor inventory levels and report usage to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate work-related records and prepare reports as directed.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from the supervisor to complete assigned tasks.
  • Support facility operations by assisting with special activities and unscheduled events as needed.
  • Provide courteous assistance to visitors and staff utilizing the facilities
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Able to communicate effectively through oral and written instructions
  Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of custodial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  Background Prerequisites: Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing.   Working Conditions and Physical Demands With or without reasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions.
