The RoleAs a Landscaper, you will be part of a team ensuring all aspects of landscaping, irrigation, horticulture, and snow removal across the community and common property are maintained to Club standards.

Key Responsibilities· Installation and maintenance of landscapes, irrigation systems, and seasonal plantings across homesites, clubhouse, lodge, equestrian barns, and golf course edges.· Manage horticulture and botany: tree, shrub, perennial care, pruning, pest/disease management.

Requirements

· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

· Strong record-keeping skills: maintenance logs, scheduling.

· Valid driver’s license; on-call availability during snow season.

· Ability to work outdoors year-round in mountain conditions.

· Desirable Traits

· Landscape project planning and budgeting.

· Familiarity with HOA/ARB architectural and site guidelines.

· Experience with turf and agronomic practices preferred
