You’ll coordinate technicians, solve real-time problems, and keep our operations running smoothly—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Schedule, dispatch, and route technicians
  • Monitor schedules and adjust in real-time
  • Communicate updates to customers and field teams

Operational Coordination

  • Track job progress using dispatch software
  • Maintain accurate records and notes

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of dispatching, scheduling, call center, or customer service experience (home services industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, dispatch software, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Ability to remain professional and calm in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or related trades.
  • Familiarity with field service management, Service Titan, or CRM software.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Office-based position with extended periods of sitting and phone/computer use.
  • Frequent phone communication and data entry.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, early mornings, or evenings as business needs require.

  • $20–$28/hour + performance-based incentives.
