Overview

Coordinator, Assistive Technology

Status: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 8:30 am – 4:30 pmLocation: Camp Hill, PA

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required
  • Associate degree or technical certification within a related area preferred
  • 6 months to 2 years of previous job-related experience expected
  • 2 to 5 years of previous job-related experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License and 6 months previous driving experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge specific to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and/or the aging population
  • Preferred: Understanding of Assistive Technology

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure smooth, high-quality daily operations of the Assistive Technology Lending Library
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data across all tracking systems (Asset Tiger, NATADS)
  • Follow and help improve policies, procedures, and the overall user experience
  • Oversee inventory, including shipping/receiving, equipment cleaning, and maintenance
  • Coordinate and track repairs, including vendor communication and issue resolution
  • Process and manage loan requests, applications, and related documentation
  • Communicate regularly with team members, leadership, and key partners
  • Respond to inquiries and support community outreach and engagement efforts
