got lawn? Tree and Turf Care is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This is steady, hands-on work that people will always need. If you want a job you can count on and a place to grow, this is a great chance.

In this job, you’ll help keep yards and landscapes healthy and looking great. You’ll work outside, talk with customers, and be part of a friendly team that supports each other.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or until your route is finished)

What You’ll Do

• Put down lawn care products like fertilizer and weed control
• Drive a company truck to customer homes and businesses (must have driver’s license)
• Talk with customers about the work and answer questions
• Look for lawn problems and help fix them
• Take care of equipment and use it safely
• Offer extra services when it makes sense

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  
• Ability to obtain DOT Certification
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  
• Excellent communication and time management skills
  
• Sales-minded with problem-solving ability
  
• Must be drug-free
  
• Enjoys being part of a team and loves to laugh
