Qualifications
You have experience performing clerical, computer, phlebotomy, and EKG duties within an Emergency Department setting. You are able to work full-time, 12-hour night shifts, including every fourth weekend. You also possess current ACLS and PALS certifications.

Job Description
Emergency Department Technician – Emergency Department
- 30-bed Emergency Care Unit
- Rapid paced, high acuity unit with 155 visits per day; > 55,000 annual visits
- ACLS, PALS, and EKG provided
- An orientation program facilitated by a Clinical Educator, focused on Emergency Nursing especially for the novice nurse
- Full time (72 hours biweekly)
- Shift: 12- hour night
- Every fourth weekends
- Eligible for shift and weekend differential
Position Function: The Emergency Department Technician is under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager, Clinical Manager, or at the direction of a physician. Performs clerical, computer, phlebotomy, EKG, and other patient care duties in the Emergency Department.
