On any given day you may do one or all of the following:

  • Daily cleaning and trash removal throughout community.
  • Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orderly.
  • Detailed job description provided at time of interview

These are the requirements for this position:

  • Experience in janitorial, porter, landscaping, golf course maintenance, gardening, grounds maintenance, general labor.
  • Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile.
  • Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Ability to travel to other properties in the same region.
