The job:
As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will support our embedded systems manufacturing operations. You will play a key part in ensuring materials are available when needed, systems are accurate, and production schedules stay on track. You’ll serve as a vital link between suppliers, operations, and internal stakeholders, helping to keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary role is maintaining continuity of supply. You will regularly review safety stock levels, supplier lead times, and minimum order quantities to ensure materials are available without creating excess inventory. You will also support maintenance and production teams with MRO purchasing needs and maintain accurate data within the ERP system, including item setup, supplier details, and pricing. You will partner with Operations to assess and manage inventory levels, supporting sourcing efforts for new and replacement components, and coordinating the return of nonconforming materials to suppliers. You will contribute to supplier performance tracking and help drive continuous improvement by ensuring processes align with quality standards and business needs.
The skills, education, and experience you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
A 2-year degree in Supply Chain or equivalent degree and 1-2 years of experience are required. Experience with embedded products is a bonus.
