OB/GYN Physician – Outpatient Only (No Call, No Deliveries)
Location: Riverside, California
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time or 32 Hours/Week Option
Compensation: $268,000 – $380,000 annually (prorated for reduced schedule) + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus + Full Benefits

Job Overview
An established women’s health clinic in Riverside, CA is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a 100% outpatient position.
This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no call, no deliveries, no hospital work, and no weekends, making it ideal for physicians seeking strong work-life balance. A 32-hour/week option is available for added flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Perform well-woman exams, including pelvic and breast exams
- Conduct Pap smears and routine screenings
- Diagnose and manage gynecologic conditions
- Treat menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infections, and menopause-related concerns
- Provide family planning and contraceptive counseling
- Insert and remove IUDs and contraceptive implants
- Perform colposcopies and minor in-office procedures
- Manage outpatient prenatal care (no deliveries)
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $268,000 – $380,000 annually (prorated for 32-hour schedule)
