Job Description

Are you a North-Carolina licensed physical therapist looking to become an integral part of a growth-oriented private practice?  Set yourself up with a fantastic opportunity and plan for long-term success with Integrative Therapies in Greensboro.

You’ll love that we are:

  • Not Corporate. We’re not a corporate practice, spa or a gym. We are a freestanding physical therapy private practice.
  • 100% PT-Owned. After 25-years under prior ownership, we’re now led by a DPT,MBA,OCS, serial entrepreneur with a history of multi-clinic growth and a mindset to expand this practice with the right team.
  • Patient-Focused. Our PT clinical focus comes first.  Business results follow.  Currently we schedule in 45-minute intervals.
  • Integrative. While PT-driven, we appreciate a holistic approach and also provide our patients access to counseling, nutrition, massage, & post-therapy personal training.
  • Family Forward. We are proud to be a Family Forward NC Certified Employer.
  • Innovative.  In the spirit of being a trusted resource to our clientele and surrounding community, we continue to explore adjuncts to straightforward “run of the mill” therapy services.  We want PT to truly be all it can be in our practice.
  • Growing.  Starting from our present two clinics, there’s room to fast-track your career in leadership as we grow together!  This is the opportunity our owner wishes he had as a young therapist considering a career in outpatient private practice!

We’ll love that you are:

  • A North Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Dry Needling Certified or willing to get certified on hire
  • Currently or open to becoming a clinical instructor
  • Eager to learn, grow, and challenge yourself.

The Work Schedule:

  • We are continuously exploring schedules that serve both our team and the availability of our clientele.  Our current hours of operation are 8-6 most days, with shorter Mondays (4pm) and Fridays (2pm).  We are closed weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits.  Atop the benefit of working with our fantastic team, you’ll get:

  • Competitive base salary with weekly visit bonus and profit sharing opportunities. Let’s grow together!
  • Benefits of paid time off (nearly 4-weeks to start), health/dental/life insurance, a 4% employer-matched 401k, a flexible clinical education allowance, plus leadership and clinical mentoring with access to additional growth opportunities.
  • We also offer student loan repayment assistance on a case-by-case basis.

We believe just the right candidate is out there for this position.  Could it be you?  Let’s talk!
