Working Location: Berlin (hybrid) or remote across Germany
Reports to: Director of Marketing with direct connections to our Head of Sales Europe / International
Desired start date: asap
As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for generating qualified pipeline through structured outbound engagement. You are the first commercial touchpoint and play a key role in identifying real business risk, qualifying opportunities, and positioning Wire effectively.
1+ years experience as SDR, outbound sales, or high-activity customer-facing roles
Proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets
Strong cold outreach experience (especially phone)
Experience with multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
Fluent in English and German
