Summit County Public Health is looking for a Dental Hygienist to work in our Dental Clinic Monday through Friday. The position offers part-time to full time hours, working 21-35 hours per week.
The Dental Hygienist provides preventive oral care under the supervision of a dentist, performing services such as prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, radiographs, fluoride treatments, and sealants. The role includes educating patients and caregivers, conducting screenings for oral diseases, documenting care, and maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
