What You’ll Do

As a Remote Claims Adjuster – Manager in Training, you’ll learn how to balance customer experience, problem-solving, and business outcomes.

Investigate and manage auto insurance claims from start to finish
Analyze policies and determine coverage, liability, and claim outcomes
Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity
Make decisions that balance customer needs with company profitability
Communicate with attorneys, repair shops, and medical providers
Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
Document claim activity and maintain compliance standards
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (recent grads encouraged to apply)
Willingness to obtain or currently hold a Florida 6-20 Adjuster License
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)
Ability to work full-time in a remote environment
