Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift

A Day in the Life: 

  • Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues 

  • Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records 

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations 
     

Education: 
High school diploma or equivalent required. 
 
Experience: 

  • 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred. 

  • Experience with production equipment is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with quality testing. 

 
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

  • Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions. 

  • Knowledge of simple measuring devices. 

  • Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period. 

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally. 

 
Physical Requirements / Work Environment: 
This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits: 
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $15.26–$22.88. 

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
