Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position demands excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservation bookings.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
• Process payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
