In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and respond promptly to inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Document customer interactions and update account information.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with call center software and CRM systems is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
