Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Regulators Winder - 2nd Shift at our Nacogdoches, TX facility! The core hours are Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour, plus a $1.35 shift differential.

The Regs Winder will use defined procedures/processes/specifications and computer-controlled coil winding machine to set-up, wind, and insulate Main, PT and/or Reactor coils.
In this function, you will:
Basic Qualifications:
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must demonstrate effective communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive work ethic, comprehends written and verbal work instructions accurately, and upholds Eaton’s Values and philosophy.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions as required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and using both hands to lift and lower materials, with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to work efficiently in hot environments and tolerate loud noises.
