Use your technical knowledge, service orientation, and customer knowledge to build healthy partnerships with our customers while also maintaining strong profit margins. This position is responsible for creating quotes and assessing product availability for potential customer jobs in a timely manner and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Primary:
Analyze customer needs, assess product availability, research special orders, and create accurate price quotes/bid documents.
Advise customers on project, equipment, or application requirements.
Timely respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
Ensure that potential risk factors have been evaluated and reviewed with senior management.
Ensure all documents are prepared, processed, and maintained correctly and in accordance with project timeline.
As Required:
Communicate with all Commercial Sales Associates to ensure accurate quotes and modify as necessary.
Enlist key material/equipment vendors to provide technical and costing support
Attend educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establish personal networks
Keep current on changes and trends in methods of construction, equipment, materials, and construction costs
Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
QualificationsEducation, Skills, Training, & Experience Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior plumbing and heating industry sales experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Continuously (67-100% of the day) will be required to sit, talk, repetitively use hands, arms, and legs, and use eye/hand coordination
Frequently (34-66% of the day) will be required to sit, stand, walk, and lift or carry 10lbs or less
Occasionally (1-33% of the day) will be required to bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push or pull, grasp, and use fine manipulation
