Custodial Services Lead

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 40 Hours per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands‑on Custodial Services Lead to supervise our cleaning team and ensure our factory and office environments remain safe, clean, and well‑maintained. This role oversees daily cleaning tasks, minor maintenance, and adherence to facility standards.

What You’ll Do:
 • Supervise and assign daily tasks to facility cleaning staff
 • Inspect completed work for quality and safety compliance
 • Perform or oversee cleaning of equipment, walkways, windows, restrooms, and common areas
 • Coordinate minor painting and routine maintenance tasks as instructed 
 • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
 • Train new team members in cleaning procedures and safety practices
 • Notify management of required major repairs or facility issues
 • Support 5S and continuous improvement standards

What You Need:
 • High school diploma or GED
 • Experience in industrial or facility cleaning preferred
 • Prior supervisory experience a plus
 • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Methods of maintaining, cleaning, and preserving a variety of surfaces.
  • Operate and maintain various custodial equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums, Sump vacuum, pressure washers, ladders, basic tools, such as, hammers, screw drivers, wrenches, etc.)

 • Comfortable working around noise, moving equipment, dust, fumes, and industrial environments
