Job Description

e-Commerce Specialist 

🕔 Schedule: Full-Time / Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and (1-2 Saturdays per month)
📍 Location: Onalaska, WI 
💲 Starting Wage: $20.85/hour - $24.00/hour (dependent upon experience)
📈 Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

📘 What You’ll Do

As an e-Commerce Specialist at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, you’ll help set item values and create listings using a multichannel sales tool across platforms like Amazon and eBay. You’ll also manage sold inventory, ship items, and support customers before and after the sale—delivering a great experience every step of the way.

Day-to-day activities may include:

  • Gather relevant information from technicians and the ERP system
  • Determine value of items using comparison tools and resources
  • Photograph items and draft accurate, appealing descriptions
  • Clean, prepare, and package items for shipment
  • Answer customer inquiries, post-sale questions, returns, and refunds
  • Effectively construct build-to-order materials
  • Audit material at each stage
  • Ensure accuracy within listings and materials
  • Provide miscellaneous support tasks as needed

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Basic math skills
  • High attention to detail

Bonus qualifications (nice to have):

  • Knowledge of the value of electronics
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to track numbers and recognize units that have value
  • Knowledge of eBay selling
