Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. General Accountabilities:

• Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
• Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely manner.  
• Monitor the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-outs, and guest questions and concerns.  
• Manager reservations and room availability and ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes.  
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.  
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED; and or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. 
• Computer literate with capability in Microsoft office.  
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.  

• Meticulous attention to detail.  
• Excels both independently and as a member of a team.
