Qualifications
You are a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) with an active certification in Oklahoma and a high school diploma or GED. You have current CPR/First Aid certification and ideally experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care. You are compassionate, patient, dependable, and possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to monitor residents' physical and emotional changes and document them accurately.

Job Description
Epworth Villa | Oklahoma City, OK
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $17.00+/hour (based on experience)
$500 sign on bonus for FT new hires
At Epworth Villa, you’re more than an employee—you’re part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents. As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, respectful, and person-centered care.
Administer scheduled and PRN medications accurately and safely
Maintain detailed, compliant medication records
Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
Observe residents’ physical, emotional, and behavioral changes
Keep medication cart and work areas clean and organized
Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure high-quality care
Engage residents with dignity, including dementia-sensitive communication
Certification: Active CMA certification in Oklahoma
Education: High school diploma or GED
CPR/First Aid: Current certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Experience: Assisted Living or Memory Care experience strongly preferred
