What You’ll Do

Operate mowers, tractors, and light equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain tee boxes, fairways, greens, and surrounding turf areas
Mow greens, tees, and approaches using walk-behind and riding equipment
Edge cart paths, bunkers, and turf areas
Rake and maintain sand bunkers
Apply divot mix to tees and driving range areas
Perform weed control and trimming around trees, bunkers, and curbs
Assist with sod installation and turf repairs
Water greens and monitor course conditions
Remove debris such as leaves and maintain overall course appearance
Support additional tasks as directed by the superintendentv

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license required
Previous golf course, landscaping, or grounds experience preferred, but not required
Ability to operate or learn to operate maintenance equipment
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, and manual labor
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Work Environment

Outdoor role in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity, rain)
Moderate to loud noise from equipment
Physically active, hands-on work
