Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Lake Geneva, WI   Lake Geneva Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.   Lake Geneva Dental

Schedule:
  • Monday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday 7:30 AM -1:30 PM
  • Wednesday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Thursday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Friday 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
    Compensation:
  • $40-45 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Plus uncapped hygiene incentive!
  Additional Information:
  • PMS -Curve
  • Time allotted for procedures
    • NP - 90min
    • SRP per quad - 90min
    • Prophy - 60min
  • Average # of patients per day - 7
  • Morning Huddle? - Yes
  • Insurances accepted? Delta, Cigna, United Health Care, Guardian

Requirements:
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of WI
  • Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required
  • Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
  • CPR Certification
  • Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
  • Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
  • Integrity-focused work ethic
  • Team-player attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
