About this Position

Primerica's Securities Operations department has a summer internship opportunity for a college student with an interest and familiarity in accounting/finance. This intern will work on an excel project, assisting with billing and forecasting.

Salary range is $18–$22 per hour, depending on the student’s undergraduate level. Salary ranges for graduate students may vary.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Work directly with AVP of Budgeting and Reporting to analyze third party invoices
  • Enter amounts and quantities in a spreadsheet for tracking purposes
  • Help develop forecasting excel sheets for the AVP to analyze the trends
  • Help with process improvement in the department

Minimum Qualifications

  • Working toward a Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related areas of study
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced skills with Excel (preferred)
