Job Description

T2 Utility Engineers is seeking an Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our teams across our Western Region. This position will help keep daily operations running smoothly by assisting with scheduling, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, arranging travel, and supporting various departmental needs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring our staff has the support necessary to work efficiently and effectively.

T2 Utility Engineers specializes in providing reliable underground and above-ground utility information to reduce the risks that utilities present for infrastructure projects. T2ue helps clients manage the complexity of existing utilities with our professional and comprehensive Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination, and Surveying services

Our mission is to provide project stakeholders with quality utility information, professional insight, and deliverables that streamline construction, improve project safety, and set the standard for the utility engineering industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative support to departmental staff
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations and itineraries as needed
  • Prepares materials needed for submittals, correspondence, appointments, meetings, phone calls, etc
  • Tracking project status and coordinating deliverables
  • Composes correspondence about administrative matters for supervisory approval
  • As requested, front office/reception duties
  • Assist with ordering supplies, accounts payable/accounts receivable processing
  • Assists in preparation of reports, summaries or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources
  • Serves as a liaison to field staff
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Help coordinate company events, training sessions, and team activities
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support smooth departmental operations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree, encouraged
  • 1-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant to include: travel arrangements, billing, operating phone lines, maintaining office supplies
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to adjust priorities with excellent multi-tasking ability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • BST experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Professional, friendly, and service‑oriented attitude
