**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and assist in delivering high-quality patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist RNs and doctors in implementing patient care plans and interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Educate patients and their families on health management practices and medication administration.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in daily rounds, staff meetings, and other relevant training sessions.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both patients and staff.

Requirements

 **Qualifications:** 

-Current and active LPN license in KY. 

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory. 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a caring patient relationship. 

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. 

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; advanced certifications may be preferred. 

Physical Requirements:

• Considerable physical activity:
• Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
• Push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds to a minimum height of three (3) feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of fifty (50) feet.
• Standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
• Bending and/or stooping for more than one (1) hour at a time.
