🎓 What You Bring to the Table:

Universal Banker I
✔ 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality

Universal Banker II
✔ 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling
✔ Degree in a related field can replace experience

Universal Banker III
✔ 3+ years of banking experience
✔ Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
✔ Able to run the branch in a pinch!
