Responsibilities
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for managing the sales process, including conducting tours and following up with prospects to meet leasing goals. They also provide exceptional customer service to residents and contribute to community marketing efforts.
Qualifications
You have at least one year of sales and customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment. You are customer-focused, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills in English. A flexible schedule with availability to work Tuesday through Saturday is also required.
