Job Description

Pegasus is seeking one intern to assist the management office with data entry, maintaining accurate spreadsheets/data bases, filing, as well as a variety of clerical and general office duties that support both departments.  Apply today!
Responsibilities

  • Enters various employee data into spreadsheets and databases in an accurate and error–free manner.
  • File documents into various locations i.e. employee files, DOT/FAA files, accounting files, etc.
  • Scan and/or fax documents.
  • Aiding with on-boarding and new-hire orientations.
  • Compiles information and creates reports.
  • Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor’s and Manager’s.

Qualifications

  • Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in “NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.”
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background investigation, including FBI fingerprints, criminal history and pre-employment drug test
  • Must currently be enrolled in college or a technical vocational program

  • Must be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all staff, applicants, clients, vendors
