Qualifications
You have experience in a fabrication shop, warehouse, or production environment, with required forklift operation skills. You are comfortable working with steel and shop equipment, possess a strong attention to safety and reliability, and preferably have experience with plasma cutting or reading basic drawings.

Job Description
- Operate CNC plasma cutting table for plate and structural components
- Run bandsaw to cut structural steel and material to size
- Load/unload material using overhead cranes and forklifts
- Verify material type, thickness, and quantities before processing
- Perform basic machine setup (zeroing, consumables, etc.)
- Grind, deburr, and stage parts for fabrication
- Assist with paint prep and basic painting when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Coordinate with fabrication team on priorities and workflow
- Experience in a fabrication shop, warehouse, or production environment preferred
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Experience with plasma cutting, saws, or similar equipment is a plus (not required)
- Ability to read basic drawings or cut lists preferred
- Comfortable working with steel, heavy materials, and shop equipment
- Strong attention to safety and reliability
