Qualifications
You have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of pharmacy experience. You are a Certified and Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing (Colorado required, Florida certification preferred) and can type 25 words per minute with the ability to enter 30 prescriptions per hour.

Summary Under the direction of the Pharmacy Supervisor, facilitates all aspects of front-end prescription processing including prescription intake, order setup, and RX setup. Will assist with claims adjudication, prior authorization management and other responsibilities as necessary. Shift: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pmThis position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
