We’re looking for a Grounds Person to maintain the overall appearance of the community and ensure the property’s exterior remains clean, safe, and visually appealing. In this role, you’ll support landscaping, grounds upkeep, and general property maintenance to uphold curb appeal standards.

What you’ll do:
• Maintain lawns and landscaping, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and irrigation
• Perform daily grounds upkeep, such as trash and pet waste removal
• Assist with exterior repairs, painting, fence work, and installations
• Support seasonal needs, including snow removal and ice treatment
• Identify and address safety hazards and work with vendors as needed
• Complete light maintenance and follow safety protocols

• Experience with landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic with ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to communicate clearly

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Position pay range$19.50—$23.75 USD
