Position Overview
Accuris is looking for a curious, motivated HR Intern to join our People team this summer. Starting June 1st for 9–10 weeks, you'll get hands-on exposure across HR Operations, Recruiting, and Employer Branding — including how we're leveraging AI tools like Claude to modernize and scale our people processes. This is a great opportunity to build practical HR skills in a fast-moving tech company.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data entry, and record-keeping.
Assist the recruiting team with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Help explore and implement AI-powered workflows (using tools like Claude) to improve HR efficiency and reduce manual work.
Contribute to employer branding efforts including content ideas, career page updates, and social media support.
Assist with employee experience initiatives and internal communications.
Help maintain compliance documentation and HR process guides.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Interest in how AI and technology can improve HR processes is a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
