🔑 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Assist customers throughout the automotive sales process from greeting to vehicle delivery
Recommend vehicles based on customer needs, lifestyle, and budget
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
Follow up with customers using CRM tools, phone, and email
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership KPIs
Deliver a 5-star customer experience aligned with dealership standards

✅ Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
No automotive experience required — we provide training
