Work Environment:

This position is best for someone who loves autonomy! This role involves providing therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a designated geographic area. The At-Home teammate will work closely with patients and their families to create a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and skill development. At Home teammates typically work with one to two patients every day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, and 8am to 5pm with one hour for transition between patients.


What you will be doing as an At-Home Behavior Therapist:
  • Travel to Client’s Homes: Embrace the opportunity to travel to various locations, meeting families where they are most comfortable. Must be comfortable driving to and from patient homes, up to 45 minutes each way.
  • Autonomous Working Style: We value self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their work. Enjoy the freedom of managing your caseload, trusting your skills to enhance children’s abilities and foster growth.
  • Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential
  • Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years old)
  • Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
  • Drive your personal vehicle to patient appointments. Arrive promptly and ready to work. Focus entirely on your patient during direct therapy sessions.

Pay ranges depend on experience and the highest level of completed education
  • Associates/High School Diploma Track 15.00 – 22.50
  • Bachelors Degree Track 15.00 – 24.00
  • Masters Degree Track 16.00 – 26.00

  • Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians
  • Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher
  • Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred)
  • Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Assistant
