Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (flexible schedule possible based on needs)

This will be achieved by providing support to access resources, both within the community and within the public systems for Mental Health, Intellectual and Developmental Disability programs and Early Intervention services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Intervention Service Coordinator to join our team. In this crucial role, you will provide early intervention service coordination for infants, toddlers, and their families/caregivers, ensuring they access and benefit from the necessary services and supports. You will act as a key liaison between families and service providers, facilitating the delivery of services in accordance with the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) and applicable regulations.
