Job Description

About the Role: 

Perform and/or coordinate a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support executive and headquarters staff with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provides accurate, timely and efficient administrative support, including the creation of proper documents, correspondence and transmittals.
  •  Provide clerical support, including typing a variety of letters & documents, sorting incoming mail and processing outgoing mail and packages, preparing address labels, shredding documents, etc.
  •  Processes incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring items get to intended recipients in an expeditious manner.
  •  Maintain well organized paper and electronic filing systems that permit timely retrieval of documents.
  •  Run miscellaneous errands, pick-up and deliveries.
  •  Helps organize the office, supplies, files and equipment to provide for orderly and efficient administrative functions.
  •  Answers phones in a professionally polite and friendly manner, attempting to recognize and acknowledge customers and external partners.  Take accurate messages when needed and notify others when visitors arrive.
  •  Acts as back-up to the company’s receptionist during absences or when there is an overflow of calls or visitors.
  • Solicit, regularly update, and maintain sub-contractor qualification profiles.
  •  Follow up solicitation calls as required to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Develop, update, and maintain product information library.
  • Perform additional assignments or tasks as directed by managers.
