Marketing Integrator (CRM & Data Strategy Lead)

This is not a marketing support role. This is a growth engine role.

We are looking for a Marketing Integrator who can take our data, systems, and relationships—and turn them into real, measurable revenue.

  • Turning HubSpot into a true revenue-driving machine
  • Identifying hidden opportunities inside our database (warm prospects, untapped relationships, cross-sell potential)
  • Equipping our sales team with exactly who to call, when to call, and why it matters
  • Building smart automations, workflows, and campaigns that keep relationships moving
  • Creating visibility into pipeline, activity, and growth opportunities
  • Driving alignment between marketing efforts and actual revenue results

  • 1+ year in CRM, marketing operations, or sales enablement
