The Intake Attorney will gain hands-on experience, professional development, and mentorship from the firm’s founding and managing partner, Matt Fendon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients, conduct intake appointments, and help them understand their legal rights.
  • Clearly communicate the firm’s value, process, and approach to client service.
  • Assign new matters to experienced attorneys and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Perform legal research and assist with case preparation.
  • Attend depositions with current clients.
  • Cover hearings for case-carrying attorneys.
  • Draft correspondence and legal pleadings.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
  • Attend marketing and networking events to help grow the firm’s presence.
  • Demonstrate the firm’s core values: Grow or Die, Humbly Confident, Positive, Care for One Another, and Self-Starter.

Qualifications

  • Licensed attorney, or law graduate awaiting bar admission, who is eager to expand legal knowledge.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion for helping injured workers.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 per year.

Work Environment
