Neighborly Communities is looking to add a Service Technician to join our amazing team!!
*This position is a roving maintenance position and requires frequent travel to multiple properties in the Mid Willamette Valley.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00

General Description
The Service Technician plays a crucial role in assisting the maintenance operations of small- scale Neighborly Communities properties which include all properties in the designated regions which include: Eugene, Springfield, Philomath, Corvallis and Monmouth. This position ensures that the properties are well-maintained, comply with all legal and safety regulations, and meet residents' needs with high-quality maintenance service. The Service Technician collaborates closely with the Community Manager and/or Service Manager to address maintenance issues and service needs, complete apartment turnovers, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, Fair Housing laws and regulations, landlord- tenant laws, and OSHA regulations.
