Job Description

Make a Real Difference, One Session at a Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician In-Home ABA Services 📍 

North Ft. Worth, TX | Full-Time | $17–$25/hr M-F 9am-3pm Or T, Th, Fri 9am-2pm

What Your Schedule Looks Like

Weekday mornings/evenings consistent, reliable hours you can plan your life around. Optional weekend hours available if you want to grow your caseload. No surprise shift changes or last-minute scrambles.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work 1:1 with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the comfort of their home, implementing programs built by a supervising BCBA. Day to day, that means running skill-building sessions focused on communication, play, social skills, and daily living, collecting session data and tracking real measurable progress, partnering with the BCBA and the family to make sure skills carry over into everyday life, and documenting sessions clearly and professionally.

Who We're Looking For

You don't have to have years of experience, you have to care, show up, and be coachable.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable working in a family's home

Preferred:

  • Active RBT certification
  • Experience with children with autism or developmental differences
  • Familiarity with ABA strategies and data collection
